Fay-roo (Khadija Mrabet) is an electronic music producer known for her joyful, rhythmic approach and sound shaped by a dual French-Moroccan culture. Her journey into production was intensified during the lockdown. Entirely self-taught, yet unsatisfied with her results, she began an intensive learning period. She dove into exploring tutorials, musical theory, and sound design, a discipline she masters through an "almost daily workout".Fay-roo’s music is resolutely dance-focused, prioritizing the rhythmic aspect. Her sound is a hybrid blend of Western electronic energy and the influence of her Moroccan origins and background in plastic arts. She specializes in tracks that "awaken memories of parties and carefree living", creating a soundscape where rhythm is king and joy is contagious.
